This class focuses on learning how to move efficiently across ninja warrior obstacles as well as obstacle conditioning.
The class format is designed to accommodate individuals of all athletic skill levels as our class is divided into beginner and intermediate groups. No previous obstacle course experience is needed to begin.
The goal of this class is to compete on obstacle courses including but not limited to american ninja warrior, spartan races, and tough mudders.

Calisthenics is a dynamic workout that uses your own body as resistance, enhancing your mobility, strength, and control.
The class format welcome to those of all skill levels ages 14 years+ looking to move better, get stronger, and have fun with their training. Participants can expect to work on variations of push, pull, and conditioning movements.
Additional class times will be made available with demand and interest. Note that adult supervision is not provided for your children at these times unless they are attending their own class, but you are able to add on an open gym membership for kids ages 6 years+ to play while you train!
