This class focuses on learning how to move efficiently across ninja warrior obstacles as well as obstacle conditioning. This class is designed for individuals with previous obstacle or athletic experience. The goal of this class is to compete on obstacle courses including but not limited to american ninja warrior, spartan races, and tough mudders.
Schedule : Tuesday & Thursdays 7:15pm - 8:45pm
This class focuses on strength, conditioning, and agility through the use of calisthenics & weight training. It is open to all fitness levels; come ready to work hard and push yourself with a supportive community.
Schedule : Mondays (upper body) 6pm & 7pm
Wednesdays (lower body) 6pm & 7pm
Fridays (total body) 6pm & 7pm
